This question is way to generic - if only there was a formula. Or a pick up line... although technically you could interest a girl even by saying "Poop!" - it just depends on what's next, but it's very complex matter.

I guess a good amount of bucks IS the easiest solution :D

and as for formula - you know there are many methodics of pickup. And some of them are customized to russian people.

I don't have such an experience, of course, I have just heard there are some russian schools and trends of pickup (I've heard of three of them) and they are based on such of West, but they have changes. As long as NLP (that is often a basis of pickup, as far as I could imagine). If you are really interested you could google it. I'm sure they are easy to find

Have a look for Mystery Method, Ross Jeffries, David De Angelo, PUA's and all that kind of stuff - yes.... quite some interesting info there
A lot of it is true, not necessarily for a woman, but people in general - but you will find interesting literature amongst it ;)

I do wholeheartedly advice every man to read Neil Strauss' book called The Game :-D
