helpful advice to 'oldies'

Hello Old People:

Generally speak, if someone is too old to handle more than 'one' question at a time, perhaps they aren't the best person to get advice from. Oldies should also refrain from the 'misuse' or 'overuse' of quotation marks.

Remember, you're supposed to be an English teacher and therefore a certain level of intelligence is taken for granted. Confused I know some of them require complicated answers, but I'd like to think you can handle yourselves.

So since there's no space limitation here, I just thought I'd 'ask away,' you never know when this advice might help some old timer.

CS

P.S. For the record, I mean this all in good fun. So, don't get 'angry.'

Hi to you Bubbles

Were you following the ATkins Plan the last time. Sometimes it takes a while for the carb cravings to go away. Once you finish your induction phase those cravings should be about gone. Be sure to drink plenty of water, at least 64 ounces a day and get some exercise in.

There are plenty of recipes in the RR that use sugar substitutues once you get off of the induction phase. That is if you need a sweet treat.

Best of will power to you.

Drinking plenty of water is good exactly some about 9-10 liters of water per day is the normal course during summer.
