I don't think there will be a big change in the stance of America, towards Russia or any other Nation because they always try to steal the wealth of other Nation's

President Obama?

In spite of being elected on a new platform and advocating 'changes' for the USA, Obama is limited in his choices.

Most of the foreign policy, military decisions have been made before he came to power, and he has to manage them the best he can.

Obama isn't responsible for the huge US budget deficit, the ridiculous defence budget and out of control military spending, nor most of the US stances vis-a-vis other countries, but he has to carry them through.

It is impossible for him to make U-turns in policies, and antagonise the US establishment and administration.

So, as much as I wish for a change of policy, I don't expect much, and fear it will be business as usual.

Yes he is practically more in a cage than freedom, I hope he comes out with strongest decisions.

It's a bit early to tell, but so far it seems quite a positive stance by Russia.

Obama is in a very awkward position because even if he decides there are many things in his country itself that cannot be solved, so it will take more time to get him analyzing into any other countries affairs.
