What are the seasons that changes the total atmosphere of Russian Climate. Which is the best time for visiting Russia for tourist?

Temperatures as low as –12ºC are normal, and –20ºC is not unusual. The average winter temperature is -8ºC.

It depends! On city, place and so on. In Sochi in winter - +12

The temperature ranges form 11' C and the average Oct temp is 4.9'C , sometimes there would be snow but sometimes it might not snow till December. Its the season of Autumn
