I am considering moving to Moscow. I would like advise on what does an average flat apartment cost per month? What can I expect for normal expenses. I do not live lavishly. Also, any help on job placement recruitment centers there in Moscow would be helpful

Average price for a 2-room central Moscow apartment - $1000-1500 including agent's fee.

Is it legal to pay the fees of Agent or there is no criteria for that just a sum is handed over ? What is the minimum amount that should we give.

Agents fee is usually - 50-100%. 100 - more often...
I don't know is it legal, but as far as I remember we've signed the contract with agency.

100% it means - you should pay to agency sum equal to one month's payment
