My superior in his 75 years look very good and when somebody ask about his secret he always saied: "I have a good wife" :)
So i think harmony in your family and correct food are a passport to success.

Yes family supports our health but that enough is not the key for that, we have to take some steps too, I walk nearly 1 hour in the morning and 1 hr in the evening I would say that it gets me rocking.

I have to agree that laughter is good medicine. I also think that it's important to have a loving and caring family and live a happy life with not too much stress. The obvious two things for improved health is a good diet and regular exercise.

Health plays vital role in every person's life. If we have healthy than we live happy and long life. Yoga and meditation is good for health. due to this we make fit body and prevent many disease as well as avoid oily and junk food and eat nutritious food.

Health is wealth and good health is a good for long live. If you want a good health so you can drink a lots of water also yoga is a one of the best way to stay healthy. Eat fruits and vegetables. Always eat a balanced diet and take a good night sleep.
