"Membes" - sorry, what means this word? Maybe you mean "members"
So I think it's depend on from what place the family..
If a big city it's usually 1-2 Child and Parents + maybe Grandparents.
If a small town or a village, it's usually 2-3 Child and Parents and Grandparents.
