Russia has set out a new deal to get going with the nuclear deal with USA to replace the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (Start I) of 1991. Would you welcome this move ? What is your opinion?

IT would be a better deal if it works out for both countries in this time of rescission. that is my thought what say guys?

If I was Russia, I wouldn't make any deal with America; they are not trustworthy.

The US yearly defense budget is 10 TIMES superior to the Russian one.

Forcing a proportioned reduction on both sides would greatly weaken Russia's defense, but only slighlty affect the US arsenal.

Beside, when Russia has pulled back its missiles and bases from Eastern Europe, the USA have advanced theirs and are still looking to install more, and even closer to Russia.

In this circumstances, with an adversary of such bad faith, Russia shouldn't negotiate, but maintain its defense, as best as it can afford it.

The deal should not work out because Russia is strong and US is strong too. The deal will bring a partnership which makes two countries to get more closer and the US will surely take advantage of it in the worst manner.

US is not at all a trusted partner and Its making this deal work out just for the sake to show the other countries that they have no problems with Russia and also to face the economic rescission.
