Does Russia have an open policy that allows prostitute as legal and does it have authorized center's for it . If it does not have a policy would you like to make centers like this under the legal net what is your opinion about it?

Rinku has discovered a "HOLE in the market" ;) (Dutchism there)

I did see sex/erotic clubs, but what goes on there.... I have no idea - I didn't want to ask the girlfriend if I could go there - for cultural exchange ;)

Oficially, prostitute is out of legal in Russia... but (as a huge another thing) everybody knows that it's illegal, but it exists and you can always find a place where it is :-)
Corruption, gentlemen!
